A little preparation.
A better game.
Room guidance, arrival times, private bookings, and the details your group needs.
How much does it cost?
$30 per player, with a four-player minimum charge of $120. Fewer than four may play while paying that minimum. Zombie Incinerator accommodates up to 10 players.
How long should we allow?
The game is 60 minutes. Arrive 15 minutes before your start time for check-in and briefing; allow about 75 minutes overall.
Is our game private?
Yes. Your reservation is for your group, without strangers added.
Can children play?
Ages 8+ with a participating adult; 10+ recommended. Zombie Incinerator includes startle props, close quarters, and temperature changes. Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian’s signed release and an adult playing with the group. Email before booking if you are unsure whether the room suits your children.
Are we actually locked in?
No. You may leave at any time, and a Game Master monitors the game.
What if we are late?
Arrive 15 minutes early. Games cannot be delayed; late arrivals cannot enter after the game begins, and the experience may be shortened or forfeited.
Can I reschedule?
Contact us at least 48 hours before your game to request another available time. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. Ask us about other cancellation circumstances before booking.
What about accessibility?
Contact us before booking about mobility, sensory, or other access needs. The room has close quarters, startle props, and temperature changes; we can discuss whether it is suitable for your group.
Can I use my phone?
Keep phones put away during the mission. No photos or videos inside the room; team photos are welcome afterward.
Can we eat or book a party?
Time-Out Americana Grill, the arcade, and Blackbeard’s Cove are in the same building. Restaurant and attraction schedules differ. Arcade birthday packages, mini golf, and escape-room reservations are separate.
Still have a question?
